ABOUT WORKSTAY
Housing the People
Who Build Tomorrow.
WorkStay Crew connects the people planning construction projects, the companies deploying the workforce, the crews who need reliable furnished housing, and the property owners and operators who make that housing possible.
We help primes introduce an optional housing resource early, help contractors secure more consistent crew housing, give project-connected workers dependable places to stay, and build professional relationships with apartment communities, multifamily operators, condo owners, and homeowners.

20 APARTMENTS.
One client’s need became the starting point for WorkStay.
OUR STORY
IT STARTED WITH ONE CLIENT
WHO NEEDED MORE.
One of our early corporate clients was repeatedly renting five to seven units with us during the workweek. When our available units were already occupied, their crews had to find housing elsewhere. That meant constantly searching for availability and losing the consistency of keeping workers within one housing solution.
We eventually asked a simple question: did they need something more consistent than booking week after week? The answer surprised us. They needed 20 apartments.
We expected apartment communities to welcome the opportunity. Instead, we encountered significant resistance. Many properties were cautious about corporate housing because of concerns that furnished units could eventually operate more like short term rentals. Earning their trust required us to rethink how the model should work and how we presented it.
Those early challenges taught us what property partners needed in order to feel comfortable working with a housing provider. We became involved with the Indiana Apartment Association, strengthened our operating standards, built furnishing and deployment partnerships, and developed a more structured approach to managing furnished housing.
What began as a solution for one client ultimately became WorkStay — a company built to connect workforce housing needs with property partnerships that can support them.
WHAT WE LEARNED
CREWS NEED CONSISTENCY.
PROPERTIES NEED CONFIDENCE.
That first large deployment revealed something important: workforce housing has two customers whose needs have to work together.
Companies need dependable housing for their people without rebuilding the housing plan every week. Property partners need confidence that the organization leasing or managing their units will operate professionally, communicate clearly, and respect the relationship.
WorkStay was built in the middle of those two needs.
We develop housing solutions around the project while building the property relationships needed to support them.

CONSTRUCTION TEAMS
PROPERTY PARTNERS
THE WORKSTAY APPROACH
A BETTER HOUSING RELATIONSHIP
ON BOTH SIDES.
WorkStay combines three parts of workforce housing that are often handled separately.

Project Driven Housing
Housing should fit the project, workforce, timeline, and market — not force the project into a one size fits all travel model.

Professional Property Partnerships
We build relationships with apartment communities, multifamily operators, condo owners, homeowners, and other qualified housing partners that can support workforce demand professionally and responsibly.

A Consistent Resident Experience
From furnished units and move in and move out coordination to ongoing support, our goal is to make housing easier for the company and more consistent for the people staying there.

BUILT FOR CONSTRUCTION
WE BUILT WORKSTAY CREW
AROUND HOW CONSTRUCTION
ACTUALLY MOVES.
Construction projects do not stand still.
Teams mobilize. Workforce levels change. Trades transition. Schedules move. Projects extend. New markets create new housing challenges.
WorkStay Crew is built around those realities.
Our role is to understand the project, connect the right housing resources, and support the housing relationship as workforce needs change throughout the job.
HOW WE OPERATE
THE STANDARD
BEHIND THE SERVICE.
The way we operate matters just as much as the housing itself.

Be Clear.
Straightforward communication with clients, residents, and housing partners.

Protect the Relationship.
We treat strong client and property relationships as long term assets, not one time transactions.

Own the Details.
Housing involves more than finding a unit. We stay engaged with the coordination and operational details that keep the experience moving.

Keep Improving.
Our model was built by learning from real deployments, real property partners, and real workforce needs. We intend to keep improving it as we grow.
ONE PROJECT AT A TIME
ONE NEED LED TO A BETTER WAY
TO HOUSE THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD.
WorkStay started by solving a real housing problem for one client.
That experience exposed a much larger opportunity: construction companies need more consistency, crews need dependable places to stay, and housing partners need a professional organization they can trust.
WorkStay Crew connects every side of that housing relationship — the people planning the project, the companies sending the workforce, the crews living in the housing, and the property partners making it possible.

Primes & Preconstruction
Make WorkStay Crew available early as an optional housing resource for participating contractors and trade partners.

Contractors & Trade Partners
Give your workforce a consistent furnished housing resource without rebuilding the housing plan from market to market.

Crew Housing
Comfortable, furnished places for project-connected workers and crews to live while the work gets done.

Housing Partners & Property Owners
Professional relationships with apartment communities, multifamily operators, condo owners, homeowners, and other qualified property partners that want workforce demand and a responsive housing partner.
Today, WorkStay Crew is ready to bring that approach to more projects, more contractors, more crews, and more housing partners — one project at a time.
THE WORKSTAY DIFFERENCE
DRIVING A BETTER WAY
TO HOUSE THE WORKFORCE.
We bring the pieces together: project insight, property partnerships and coordinated housing support. That is how WorkStay Crew moves workforce housing forward — with a clear plan, a responsible partner and people at the center.
