Does the prime or general contractor manage the housing?
No. A prime can introduce WorkStay Crew as an optional resource. Participating contractors work directly with us on their own housing requirements. See preconstruction support.
What can housing coordination include?
Depending on the agreed arrangement, support can include housing sourcing, property and lease coordination, furnishing, utilities and internet, move in coordination, and ongoing housing support. Specific inclusions and costs are confirmed for each request. See support for contractors.
Can every project or length of stay be accommodated?
Each request is evaluated. Project location, duration, unit requirements, property availability, lease terms, and deployment logistics affect whether we can support it. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee housing. Share your project needs.
